Wow - can you believe that today is the last day of June! I sure can't - this month has just flown by!
So here's the recap on my June goals and the progress I made on them:
JUNE 2010
1.) Break the 190's and get into the low 180's:
CURRENTLY AT 187 LBS!!! GOODBYE 190's!!! Didn't quite make it to the low 180's...
2.) Fit comfortably into my size-12 black dress pants.
FIT - yes, COMFORTABLY - no
3.) Increase Elliptical resistance to 7 by July 1.
CHECK
4.) Run an organized 5K in Vancouver
This was WAY to premature - didn't get there - but am planning an organized 5K for October.
5.) Be able to run without stopping at a speed of 5.5 on the treadmill for 2 full minutes:
CHECK!!! CHECK!!! and CHECK!!!!
RAN FOR 3 MINUTES STRAIGHT ON JUNE 15th!!!
RAN FOR 5 MINUTES STRAIGHT ON JUNE 28th!!!
RAN FOR 8 MINUTES STRAIGHT ON JUNE 29th!!!
6.) Complete a total of 40 hours of cardio workouts for the month of June:
31.5/40 hours - not bad. I loved this goal because it forced me to be creative in finding news ways to get my cardio in!
Reward for Completing All Goals: Travel! Mini weekend trip with Friends or Family:
CHECK!!!! TRIP TO TORONTO JUNE 11-13!!!! Premature reward??? Yup!
Time to start putting together my July goals! What a great month June was, hopefully July will be just as good - if not better!
