Oh man is this ever good. It's three points and totally satisfies my "snacky" urges - plus it is a dairy and whole grain serving for the day:

Lately I've been feeling like I haven't been getting my fair share of fruits and veggies, so have incorporated much more of them into my diet. Like today, for example, I'll be having an orange for a snack this morning and Carrots with Tzatziki (spell?) for lunch as well as a bunch of fruit I'll be picking up from a meeting I have to attend this morning.

And for dinner a chicken and veggie rice-less stir fry! This day is full of potential - now I just have to live up to it!

ReplyDeleteIt's tricky for me to get my veggies in too. I eat an apple everyday and carrot sticks, but beyond that I know I don't eat enough. I never could get into the laughing cow wedges, they taste like nothing to me.
