
I need to refocus here - the reason why I gain weight is not because of a lack of exercise or eating bad foods in particular - it's because I over eat my portions. Therefore, this week, I am going on Portion Control! And will be staying within my Daily Points allowance (26/day) every day this week until I leave for Toronto on Friday.
Great idea! I always need a reminder about portion control. I'm thinking about buying a food scale, because it seems like a better way to get accurate measurements.
