Falling Down the Staircase

What's that saying? Just because you miss a step doesn't mean you have to throw yourself down the whole staircase?

Well, tonight, not only did I not go to the gym, but I also kept on eating and eating after dinner. Had I stopped after the stirfry, I would have consumed a mere 27 points for the day. But, I just kept dragging my zombie ass to the kitchen.

45 points later - here I am. Tomorrow, I'll be getting this fat arse back on track and will actually get to the gym and stay on plan.

Blue and battered from my fall, but getting up and getting back on that landing.

Looks like Monday got the better of me.

    When I'm not feeling like going to the gym, lately I've been thinking about you and how you are always so driven to work out and that gets me moving. You're an inspiration :)

    The most important thing is being accountable, that you've been exactly that! There is nothing that bugs me worse than when people at meetings say "oh, I don't know what I did".

    Best part is you admitted it and are moving on :) Good for you!
