Today I woke up TIRED!
It's no surprise that I woke up both physically and mentally drained! I have been pushing myself like a dog for the past week - even Friday and Saturday I put in way too much work time and not enough "me" time. Both my mind and body wanted me to take today easy - so I listened and I did. I woke up at about 10 this morning, and literally sat around the house like a zombie all day, watching tv, did a little shopping, sitting and zoning out. By the time I came to, it was 7pm! That's what you get for pushing yourself too hard!
No gym tonight - but I did pop by the rec centre to weigh myself: 187 lbs! Down another pound. Not what I was hoping for - but couldn't expect much more as I spent a better part of the day veging out (on healthy food).
Now, all that's left to do is edit and submit a short paper and then continue to lay on the couch and watch TV. Tomorrow I will be back at 'er and giving it my all - but today is definitely a much needed day of rest.
Weekly Food Patrol Report: Happy to report that I more or less managed to stay in my daily points allowance of 25 points almost every day this week! I used most of my weekly points as well and didn't even touch my activity points! Yippie! Just as I planned! As a new week approaches, I have to keep this mentality going - can't let my food patrol guard down!
