Oh my gawd, oh my gawd, oh my gawd *jumps up and down*
I am sitting on top of the world tonight! Tonight, I weighed in at 188 lbs!
I couldn't believe that I made it into the 180's! Those of you who read my blog regularly know that I have been wanting to enter the 180's FOREVER! I am so thrilled. I did however be strategic about my weigh in tonight. Today I ate a very big lunch and small dinner so that when I stepped onto the scale it would be as low as possible - and it worked. Honestly, I wasn't expecting a 4 pound loss - I was *hoping* to get to 189! I smiled for my entire workout at the gym, like a fool. When I finished my hour-long cardio workout, I weighed myself again, just to be sure, and sure enough... 188 lbs came up on the scale again!
Immediately, I called my mom to tell her that I had lost a total of 45 pounds since I started this journey on March 1st - my mom told me that she was so happy for me and that I am her "hero" - I love my mom, she is so awesome. (After all she was the one who triggered this journey!). She then proceeded to tell me about how her size 4 arse needs to loose 20 lbs. I then cut the call short - seriously ma - your skinny arse doesn't need to lose any weight (guys, she's like 120 lbs!) Sheeesh!
And then of course, I had to rush to the computer to blog about my happiness in 180-land! Like holy shiet mo fo's!
Honestly though, I am lucky that I lost. Again this week, I over-ate my daily points everyday! This is a horrible habit I have gotten into and I think the only reason I am even losing is because I am being so active (seriously my ridiculous cardio goal this month has kicked me into high gear finding anyway and anywhere to get a workout in - which by the way is exactly what I wanted this goal to do).
So, that being said, next week - no overeating my daily points - I vow to stay within my daily points every day, Monday to Friday next week, then have a little fun on the weekend. After all, I do have to show this new saxy body off - other than at the gym that is!
Way to go! You made it into the 180s! I'm so excited for you! I hope I can experience the same amazing weight loss as you. Thanks for being an inspiration =)
