I am looking forward to what July brings, here are my July 2010 goals:
JULY 2010
1.) Break out of the 180's and get to 175 lbs: I am so happy that I can't even see 233 on the scale anymore - I can however see 160 peering around the corner!
2.) Fit comfortably into my size-12 black dress pants: I bought them - now I just need to fit in them comfortably.
3.) Be able to run without stopping at a speed of 5.5 on the treadmill for 10 full minutes. If I can do 8, then I can do 10 - right?
4.) Be able to do 2.5 miles on the treadmill in under 30 minutes. Eventually I want to be able to do 3 miles in 30 minutes, so this is building up to that.
5.) Do yoga at the rec centre at least 5X this month: Learning to listen to my body here

I love how reasonable all of your goals and rewards are - it is inspiring to see that all the little stuff adds up to a big difference. Thanks for keeping us all updated / inspired.
