It's too darn hot here!
I'm not a fan of summer - I will take rain and coldness over this heat any day! I'm so uncomfortable and am just plain grumpy!
I can do nothing but drink water and lay on the couch - and I am still sweating!
Can't wait for this heat wave to be over.
Even if it is hot tomorrow - I will make myself go to the gym!

I keep hearing about this heatwave everyone seems to be experiencing. It was pretty hot here today- 66!

I don't know about your gym, but yesterday mine was like a sauna. Isn't it illegal for them to not have the ac cranked right up?! Lol.
Hopefully it passes soon.
It's definitely warm here in Calgary - sunny and hot - but we don't have any humidity so we're spared that awful muggy feeling.
ReplyDeleteOh the other hand, there has been a loud country music band playing directly outside my apartment window since 6:30 this morning, and they only stopped around 3 last night...ugh.
Not me, I love the heat! This is a bit extreme, but I'm not complaining because before you know it the snow will be here (I live in Southeast Ontario so winter is cold, damp and sloppy).
ReplyDeleteLast night I tried aquafit - I felt goofy but it was actually fun, and the water felt great - today I was actually sore which I didn't expect! You should seek out a pool and get in some cardio that way :)
