The good news: I now weigh 181 lbs! yip yip! That's a 3 lbs weight loss for this week! Next week - I'll be in the 170's! I haven't been in the 170's for about 4 years, so needless to say, I am pretty excited about it!
Update from the yoga class taken on Thursday night: my abs and stomach muscles are KILLING me! This is good because it means I worked those muscles hard! That's the area I need more 'definition' around on my body - so yoga's something I need to continue doing!
Now for the bad news: I can't stop overeating! Believe it or not, I overate my weight watcher points this week by 26 points! Yikes! What is wrong with me? I need to stop talking about it and just do it - get back into the game and on plan! Tomorrow is the start of a new week and I WILL be on plan next week - I have to!
Did you overeat ALL of your points- activity points included? I wonder if maybe you earn more APs than you think and so your body just needs that extra fuel...because obviously it's working for you :)

ReplyDeleteThanks all! Yea - Amanda, I'm pretty sure I don't track my AP's correctly - I usually mark 1 hour at the gym as 4 AP's - but that's what the WW database says I acquire... soo..... I don't know??? I need a lesson in AP tracking...

ReplyDeleteActivity points are so hard to track. Mostly this is because you can never be quite sure of that intensity level. I usually estimate, and try not to estimate too too high. Hope you figure it out.
