July Goals: Summary!

Wow, I can't believe that July is over already - time to buy a new month's pass at the gym!

So, let's see how I did on my July goals.... errr... I don't think this is going to be good.


JULY GOALS 2010


1.) Break out of the 180's and get to 175 lbs:
DIDN'T REACH 175... BUT WILL HAVE THE OFFICIAL WEIGH IN RESULTS TOMORROW TO POST. EXPECTING (AKA "HOPING FOR" 179 AT LEAST)

2.) Fit comfortably into my size-12 black dress pants.
THEY FIT! BUT UNFORTUNATELY GIVE ME THE "MUFFIN TOP"

3.) Be able to run without stopping at a speed of 5.5 on the treadmill for 10 full minutes.
FAIL

4.) Be able to do 2.5 miles on the treadmill in under 30 minutes.
- July 17th - did 2.5 miles in 40 minutes... uh oh...
NOPE! CARRY OVER INTO AUGUST!

5.) Do yoga at the rec centre at least 5X this month:
Class #1: July 15th - 1 hr
Class #2: July 19th - 1 hr
Class #3: July 22nd - 1 hr
Class #4: July 29th - 1 hr

ONLY 4 CLASSES - BOO TO ME FOR GETTING A LATE START ON THIS!

Reward for Completing All Goals:
NEW RUNNING SHOES!

NO SHOES DUE TO THE FACT THAT I DIDN'T REACH ANY OF MY GOALS- NOT EVEN 1!

Lets hope next months goals go much better than this month's went!
