Blueberries are brain food, and gawd knows I need to increase my smartness over then next couple weeks weeks while I write my very first grad-level paper, so I am loading up on Blueberries and water:

This is all part of my recent attempt to eat more fresh fruits and veggies and less processed crap (an on-going battle). In fact last night I had a greek salad (yum) and I ate 15 points worth of it (2 big-bowl helpings)! Good thing I had those points available - but if I am going to "overeat" I should be doing it with fruits and veggies and not things like Chili and rice!
I'm planning on playing tennis tonight - if not tennis - then definitely off to the gym! Too bad my gym doesn't have air conditioning. There is a pool at my gym, but I still don't feel comfortable in a bathing suit at this point - I'll revisit the pool thing after i've lost another 20 pounds or so.
