Damn You Delicious Chili

Here we are, the start of a new week and what do I do? I have 2 helpings of turkey chili for dinner! 2!!! Seriously, I know better than this. This bad decision cost me 24 points for dinner alone today! Talk about a bad start to the week!

So, here I am pledging to not exceed my daily points allowance of 25 points each day this week - Tuesday - Friday! I must get my over eating problem under control - I feel it gaining ground again and have to stop that from happening! Time to put what I know into practice and beat these over-eating cravings!

*sigh* on a related note - I was up one pound at this weeks weigh-in! Obviously I am very disappointed! But I know what the problem is - I am over-eating! This my friends is the source of all evil in my life and I must gain control, otherwise my weight will spiral out of control again!

Despite over-eating today, I did make it to the gym for my regular 1 hour cardio workout and feel slightly better. I wanted to go to a yoga class (and was prepared to do so) but when I got there it was cancelled - so I turned to the good ol' trusty gym and it didn't disappoint!

    Was it the chili or was it the toppings that did you in? (sour cream, cheese, tortillas?)

    That 1 lb will come off, especially since you've identified why you think you had a gain. But besides that, look how much you'velost so quickly - I am totally amazed!
