Candy Hangover:

OK. so it has become rather evident that I don't really need to focus on my activity - I pretty much have my activity down to a fine science. What I DO need to focus on is my eating.
So here is my goal this month: Stay within my daily points allowance (weight watchers) every day this month. EVERY DAY I will track my eating and will record the number of points I eat on the side of my blog. If I do any kind of activity for the day, I will include those points in my daily allowance.
This is going to be a seriously difficult goal for me considering how the last few months have gone.... I'm really going to have to step up my game this month and really take ownership for what goes in my mouth.
Also - I would like to see a 10 pound loss this month, and with this eating schedule, I am going to make it happen!
