Dear Body,
I am so very sorry for putting so much carp into you over the last few days. I know that you dont like cake - especially when I have it as a meal for dinner. Its not right.
I have completely failed to get my heart rate up with some cardio activity over the last few weeks, I know this is why you have been acting all sluggish. For that I vow to you to get my heart rate up on both Saturday and Sunday. I know yoga, as great is it is - is not enough - you need and deserve more than that.
So be prepared, I am going to get you moving again and will start putting grade A fuel into you so that you can help me feel optimal again.
If I do all this, will you promise that the next time I step on that scale you wont punish me with a gain - pretty please with a cherry on top.
