Ok, so, one week down in November and 3 1/2 to go!
Week one was OK, but I can do better. I get 25 points / day on weight watchers, and 35 weekly (flex) points as well as any earned activity points.
This last week I managed to stay within the three points combined (daily - weekly- activity). This week though, I am going to aim to only consume my daily and weekly points - and leave the activity points alone.
Weigh in is tonight! I am looking forward to seeing 160-something on the scale tonight!
I managed to make it to the gym last night as well and got my sweat on.
Here's my activity plan for this week:
Today: 1/2 hour gym and 1 hour yoga
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: 1 hour gym and 1/2 hour Swimming
Thursday: 1 hour gum and 2 hours yoga
Friday: 1 hour gym and 1/2 hour Swimming
Saturday: 1 hour yoga and 1 hour gym
Sunday: 1 hour gym
*Phew* it is going to be a long week! Buckle up cowboys!
