Food Inventions

Today I did a turn around. I didn't over-eat - but I also didn't track.

Actually, I am quite proud of myself today - I made a very healthy and delicious dinner that I made up.

First, I took all my favourite veggies and fried them up in my wok then mixed them with some brown rice and a can of broccoli and cheese soup:



And then I took some cabbage leaves:



And then put all the stuff in the leaves like a little healthy taco:



I was pretty impressed: it tasted pretty good, made a lot so there are lots of leftovers and was really, really filling.

ADDITIONALLY, I went for a 1 hour walk today and weighed myself: still at 169 lbs.

Going to hope it goes down for the weigh in tomorrow.
