So You Had a Bad Day? Try - BAD WEEK!

Not much has changed since my last post - except that I've been feeling really down in the dumps lately.

I've received a few comments from friends and others that have just plain put me down. And when I get down, I am really good at wallowing in my pity. I estimate that I will need a few more days of this pity party before I get back to my self-loving self.

In the past - during these tough times, I would certainly have turned to food for comfort. These days, although I have not been tracking, I am still on plan, eating only things I know are OK to eat and avoiding overeating at all costs.

I just need to push through this dark little place I am in right now - there is light on the other side...

As a result of this (and yoga last night) - I did not weigh in last night *sigh* but will be weighing in tonight. I am not expecting a gain or a loss (although am hoping for a loss).

  1. Good luck with the weigh in tonight. Just remember how brilliant you've done so far and despite a bad week, you have had an amazing 8 or so months where you went from 233 lbs and broke into the 160s. Whatever happens today, you know you can get back on track.
