I Did This - ME!

This morning in yoga (I had the day off today), I was twisting and turning and bending forwards and backwards, and I couldn't help but admire my body. It then dawned on me - I totally changed my body - but bigger than that - I have completely changed my life - the way I eat, my outlook, the way I treat myself, even my social life. I was struck by, how only in a matter of a few months, I have done a complete 180 and changed my life for the better.

It truly is amazing!

So, naturally, after yoga, I thought to myself, "Lisa - you should celebrate, you should treat yourself to a little something special". So, I hit the sale racks, and I hit them hard.
