The Then and The Now

I took a moment today to appreciate how far I have come on this journey so far.

In particular, there is that photo - that photo that started it all:

I still cringe when I see it - and now, I just cannot believe that it is ME!

Well, I reenacted that pose today, and to my surprise, look how different I look with 62 pounds less on my body:

There is such a HUGE difference (no pun intended). I look in the mirror now and I smile because I cannot believe that it's me! And the most satisfying part: I did this: ME! I did this all on my own.

Of course, the journey is not over yet, but seriously - wow! knowing that I can lose 62 lbs and SEEING and FEELING the difference everyday on my body gives me the fuel I need to keep on truckin' and lose the last 38 lbs I need gone.

*put put*

  4. You've done amazing so far! Keep it up!!

I hope you don't mind but i've 'tagged' you in a post which is basically a way for people I follow to get to know each other in a fun way which involves you answering a few questions and then making up new questions for people who you follow to do the same for you....(it's easier if you see my post as i'm rubbish at explaining things!) LOL.

Please do not feel pressured to do this if you don't want to or don't have the time. If you want me to remove your name/blog then let me know and i'll do it as soon as possible.

    My post is here:
