I have officially been active and watching what I put in my mouth for 7 months now! This is the longest I have ever "stuck" to something health related - which is what makes me believe that this time around - i've actually changed my lifestyle! Yippie!
So, on with the show.
What do I want to do this month? Well, I want to increase my cardio activity and I want to improve my eating.
With that in mind, here are my October Goals:
1.) Get into the 160's
2.) Do 10 hours of swimming in the public pool
3.) Do 15 hours of cardio
4.) Do 15 hours of yoga
5.) Be able to run 5 km in under 30 minutes
6.) Make a big pot of healthiness every weekend, and pack healthy lunches for the week
Reward for completing all tasks: NEW ATHLETIC BATHING SUIT
Now, I want to show you all the bikini (tankini?) top I bought in September - this is my target outfit:


I would like to fit into this thing by mid-November comfortably.

What a cute suit! Looks good now, and Im sure you will be feeling comfortable or swimming IN it by your deadline. Nothing stops you! Yay for consistency! You are the queen of it.
