Yoga Bliss

Today was one of the best activity days I have ever had.

I went to yoga, rolled my mat down and this guy comes into the class (Hello David Beckham) and lays his mat down right. in front. of me.

Needless to say, I spent the entire 1 hour class looking at him (namely his arse).

I now know what they are referring to when yogis talk about "yoga bliss".

I'll be having sweet dreams tonight!
