I miss you.
I don't know what has gotten into me lately - but you never seem to be high on my priority list! I am so sorry for that - I know that the only person I am cheating here is myself.
Today this all stops.
I am back to tracking - including the egg mcmuffin I fell victim to this morning - all of it is going on the tracker and I am re-committing to entering every meal, bite and nibble to my online weight watcher tracker.
I know tracking is the only way for me to continue to lose weight - so I am back at 'er.

Great job! Just passing on a tidbit, one thing that was mentioned on one of my workout videos was when logging your calories start the day with 200 calories of nothing already. Reason for this is maybe that fruit is just a little bit bigger than the calorie counter is saying it is, or did you forget to log in those 2 pieces of gum, or even though you took the calories off the package they might just be a bit off. This allows for any kind of excess you might end up with at the end of the day. Your progress looks great! I can't wait till I'm logging in at 173!
