Who Has Two Thumbs...

And is a die hard yoga follower?

This girl, right here:

Just back from my 9/10th yoga class this month - I am going to make my 10 times at yoga monthly goal this month no problem - it's the cardio goal that is starting to worry me.

I am FINALLY back on track - on the tracking train. I have tracked everything that has gone in my mouth today (first day in about a month), and even though I did go over my daily points allowance, I feel good that I wrote everything down - I am being accountable!

I even made myself a batch of turkey chili - and thus have dinner pre-made for the next three days. I am in it to win it baby!

Lastly, weigh in tonight: 173 lbs - stayed the same - no surprise there (especially considering I haven't got my arse to the gym since last Wednesday).

Coming out of ruts are the worst - but the reality is, you can either wallow in self-pity (pity party for one please!), or, you can face the music, suck it up and get back to it - no excuses!

What is holding you back in your weight loss regime? Are you making excuses? Why don't you just do it already?

  4. What is holding me back... in the past, it's definitely been a fear of deprivation. I didn't allow myself treats and then I would freak out when faced with a giant plate of pastries. Or a pie. Or cake. You get the picture.

10 pounds later, I would slowly emerge from my sugar fog and then start all over again.

This time is different. I love how you put it - suck it up and get back to it! I'm doing things differently this time and I am feeling pretty confident that this will be the LAST time.

    You're doing great!
