Don't Be Shy...

Tonight - I lived up to my promise (well - almost).

I went to the gym!

If felt so good to be back - I haven't been there in a week, and none of the regulars were there :( just a bunch of people I didn't recognize. Really? in a week?

First thing I did when I got through the doors - I jumped on that scale.

You're not going to believe this...

Seriously.

The scale flickered.... 168, 173.... 171!

Holy mutha!

This is for reals people - 171.

I am soooo close to the 160's I can almost taste it. This little tease made me work like a dawg in the gym. I want my weight to be in the 160's so badly and I am going to work to make it happen.

Even for dinner - all I had was a simple salad - just a bunch of veggies and a little vinegarette dressing - really, that's all you need anyway.

Remember people, I am eating to live, not living to eat anymore.

160's.... I'm coming to get you!

  2. Yay - congrats! That's so exciting!! I wish I could just eat a salad for lunch or dinner... without any added protein, they just make me hungrier!
