Just Like "Normal" People Do...

It's official - I can now wear "normal" people clothes.

If you work in an office like I do - and have been overweight and even obese, such as I have been - then you know - you know very well that finding something dressy to wear to work is a challenge.

For me - my arch nemesis has always been - The Blazer.

They look so good on other authoritative-type people (something about them just commands respect), and when I was heavier, I could never, ever find one that fit me - sure some would fit around my super-sized torso, but then the arms would be super long and I would just look silly.

Being too lazy to go to a tailor and get things fitted to my obese body (or maybe just too full of shame) I decided to just find a few pieces of dressy clothes I could rotate with (and get away with).

Well - those days are gone! I bought a size 12 blazer from Rickis that actually fits me (no tailoring required) and it looks great on me.

Not only that - but I actually feel like I am a professional now - I deserve to carry with me the title of "Manager".

It's amazing how your physical appearence can really alter how you feel on the inside.

Today I have been walking around the office - beaming with confidence and pride and feeling like a real manager.
