Happy Monday bloggies,
I am pretty pleased with myself as I managed to lose 1 lb last week, while on vacation visiting my family (I ate a burger, had wine and other not-so WW healthy foods). This week, I am committed (yes I am insane!). I am going to give'r all week this week - I've got my gym pass, I am all fueled up and rearing to go.
Last night I went back to the gym (after a small break) and am happy to report that I am still in decent shape and can still do my regular routine of 1/2 hour on the elliptical and 1/2 hour on the treadmill.
Here's my plan of attack for the week:
- Stay On Plan all week (eat only my weekly points - not my activity points)
- Monday and Thursday night = Yoga
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday = 1 hour at the gym each day ('cept for on Saturday and Sunday - i'll spend 2 hours at the gym on those days)
- Drink copious amounts of water
There you have it folks - this is a recipe for a 3 pound weight loss this week! Let's hope I can pull this off!

I am totally in awe of how you do set out to lose consistently and DO!! My scale hates me. But also, I don't spent an hour at the gym every day.. ;)
