Discovering I have collar bones again has totally motivated me. This weekend will be my "weekend at the gym extravaganza", meaning that I'm spending a good deal of time at the gym this weekend getting my sweat on! Seriously folks - I am going to make sure I get to 175 by Monday's weigh in.
Went to yoga last night - it was quite possibly the best class I have been to yet! Every time I go to yoga, I amaze myself with what I can do now. I'll find myself in a pose (a difficult one), or holding plank, and I think to myself - "I can't believe i'm doing this"
I'm rediscovering my body and what it's capable of - and it's wonderful!
Yay for collar bones! I just discovered mine for the first time in my life. Sometimes I can't stop looking at them in the mirror lol. I have issues clearly :)
