Day of Snacks

Every once and a while I like to have a "day of snacks" where I don't actually eat any "meals" during the day, but spend the whole day snacking my brains out (on healthy foods of course).

Today was a "snacking day" for me.

I have so much fun with this - it is so awesome. Already today, I have had some fibre one cereal (I eat it like popcorn - out of a ziploc bag), grapes, carrots, an apple, an orange, a couple glasses of green tea, some babybel light cheeses, some crackers, and some nectarines:



Oh and copious glasses of water:



It's great because snacking keeps me full all day and I feel like I am eating all day - which is reminiscent of my past :) Of course it helps that it's summer here and there are lots of fresh fruit and veggies to snack on.

Off to eat a plum...

  1. mmmm I love snack days too. I feel like I'm eating all day but I always end up under points for the day.
