Wow - this last week has been a stressful one! The good news: I bought a house!
The bad news: I did not go to the gym once, and I got very little sleep all week.
In fact yesterday, I fell asleep in the bank, while waiting for my financial planner in her office, I fell asleep while brushing my hair in front of the TV at dinner time and it was not until just last night, that I actually had more then 4 hours of sleep.
All I can say: thank gawd this last week is over. I am way over my points, and gave up tracking two days ago *sigh* - but I certainly did my best in choosing healthy foods. Today I went for a 1.5 hour walk, so I need to keep this up. I NEED MORE CARDIO. There is just so much to do right now and so little time.
This weekend, I plan to finish the condo purchase celebrations (including a sushi dinner tonight) - and then Monday - the schedule will return to normal and I will return to losing weight.
Tomorrow is also weigh-in day, I am hoping for a small loss, but am expecting a gain *sigh*

Sometimes it is hard to stay on track. It is how quickly you recover from a period of unadvised eating and get back to your plan that counts. That is how "normal" people roll. :D
