Wow - so this weekend, things just kept sliding further and further down hill for me.
On Saturday, I managed to clock in 2.5 hours of cardio - and wow it felt so good to get my sweat on, but then that night, all hell broke loose.
I went out with a good friend who is just in town for a week, and before I knew it I had had WAY too may glasses of wine - like WAY WAY WAY too many glasses of wine.
Somehow I made it home - and then threw up well into the early hours of the morning.
The next day, of course, I ate pizza and then thai food.
Not only did I dent my visa, but I put a huge dent in my weight loss program *dammit*
So, I need to weigh in tonight and then put all this behind me. I am really ready to get back to it - to get back to being healthy and treating my body with kindness!
Yes it sucks but it was a mere 48 hours of sabotage, you can still recover :)

I bet ya had lots of fun though!!! I had an affair with a bottle of wine Saturday night too...didn't end well.
