Well, the results are in folks - I gained a pound this week - not bad considering how horrible I was.
I am back on track today - writing down what I eat, went to yoga tonight and have set myself up for success for the rest of the week.
While in downward dog today at yoga - I spotted a space bewteen my legs (this is new for me), and it reminded why I am doing this! For the first time in a long time I am starting to feel good about my body image - I can not let that slip now - I must keep going.
So, put put, here I go!
