I'm too sweaty for my shirt, too sweaty for my shirt, too sweaty it hurts...
Okay, we'll maybe it didn't hurt but man oh man was it gross! For some reason I was sweating like a P.I. *friggin'* G. at the gym tonight - not sure why too - I just did my normal 30 min of elliptical and then 30 minutes on the bike. For some reason sweat was pouring out of every inch of my body - very disgusting. I got home and it looked as if I had just got home from swimming. *yuck*
The scale for some reason tonight had some beef with me - 204! What? I really hope I don't plateau before I reach 199! I feel like I have been working towards getting under 200 forever. Seriously 199 - just get here already! Enough with the games!
Tomorrow is the Biggest Loser - hopefully my body will be kind to me and allow me to work out for the full two hours that the show is on.
I've been skipping out on my morning green teas lately - which I think is to blame for my lack of weight loss (scale-wise). Starting tomorrow - I am re-committing to drinking two cups of green tea every morning.

I think all the excersizing your doing is building some serious muscle, and thats probably the extra pound you see. Stick with it Sweaty!
