Another Day, Another Workout

Well the crapbag is still hindering my life, but I was able to overcome my anxiety today and stay on plan. Not only did I continue to eat healthy and within my daily points allowance and drink my green tea this morning but I also went to the gym and did my cardio for 70 minutes (60 minutes is the norm plus 10 minutes that I cut off my workout from yesterday (make-up)). Although I am stressed mentally, physically I am feeling great!

Tonight I ran on the treadmill more than I ever have before - I think I just might get to my monthly goal and run for 2 full minutes without stopping at a speed of 5.5.

I am SO ready to be under 200 pounds. Tonight I weighed in at 202 lbs and am praying that I get under the 200-pound mark by the official weigh-in on Sunday night!

Lastly, I just want to note that for the first time in about a year I feel skinny. I look at my body and I am starting to see it become leaner and leaner. However, my expensiive beer gut is still there in a big way. I have got to trim that bad boy down!

  1. Good for you for finding ways to deal with the "crapbag" that is weighing you down. I am sorry that you have to deal with whatever it is that you have on your plate, but you will come out on top. Think of all the skills you have learned in your weight loss journey and how those will assist you in dealing with whatever it is you have to deal with.

Losing weight is not easy on a good day, and it is even tougher on a bad day. So good for you for keeping it your priority and not letting life distract you from your goal! I know that i let that happen for far too long, telling myself that school was far more important than anything else. Now I have reorganized my priorities.

PS Don't skinny days rock! Not only do you feel like a million bucks BUT it doesn't take you a million years to get dressed in the morning lol
