So, without further adieu, I will present to you the top three food items on my list right now of favourite foods:
Non-Fat Greek Yogurt: (LOVE this stuff):

What do I use this on you ask, well, I use it on chili, baked potatoes, I mix it with vinaigrette dressings and put it on chicken and with home-made burritos. It's only 2 points per half cup too! I even think that it's better than sour cream!
Nandos Peri-Peri Sauce:

Man oh man, I am a sauce addict. I'm also a Nando's Chicken addict - I'm not sure how popular Nandos (a restaurant) is in other parts or Canada and the US - but it's excellent! I use this sauce mainly on stir-fry's (thank you Cassandra) and on meats as a marinade. What's more: this sauce is 1 point for 10 teaspoons - works for me!
And last but not least - I for some reason, cannot for the life of me cook real rice, so in stir-fry's I use a little help from Uncle Ben:

Uncle ben has my back! Half this microwaveable package is 2 points.
I also managed to get my arse to the gym again tonight - i'm feeling pretty good, especially after my 1 hour elliptical cardio workout! I'm just hoping that i'm under the 200 lb mark tomorrow when I weigh in and more importantly: I STAY THERE THIS TIME!
I admit that I live under a rock a bit and am not really "with it" - but for the first time last week I say that Beyonce and Lady Gaga phone music video and have to say that it is the weirdest thing I have ever seen. Don't really understand it. Random bit of information I know, but just thought i'd share.
That's great that you're trying to limit your processes foods. I find when I really pay attention to eating whole foods, I have better losses, I feel better mentally, and my cravings aren't as insane as they normally are.

I'm not much of a cook, either! That contributed to my weight gain because we used to eat out a lot! Good for you for trying new things!
