So very excited for my party tomorrow! I've got a busy weekend planned - so i've got to be extra conscious of what I eat and how I work out!
A Non-Scale Victory occurred for me today - I had both a lunch and dinner meeting at work and I managed to refrain from going over my daily points allowance. I was tempted to go for the chips and dip so many times, and the pasta, but I just kept reminding myself that tomorrow is my big party and I have been working too hard to blow all my weekly points on a silly plate of pasta - wine is so much better!
Then on Saturday, I am off to the Interior to visit the family and help out with a garage sale. Also! I have Monday off work, which means that I have another short work week! Yippie!
Lastly, the scale was very kind to me tonight when I hopped on 'er to see where I'm at: 195! What! Really!?! It's not official as today was not my weigh in day, but that does mean that I am only 2 lbs away from my end-of-month-goal... if tonight weighing is accurate!
Great job on beating the temptation! It's super hard, especially around pasta and chips!
