I managed to do a full 1 hour cardio workout at the gym tonight (feeling like my old self again) and I had an excellent dinner which consisted of wok fried broccoli and mushrooms with shrimp and my favourite stir fry sauce (only available for those of us lucky enough to live in Vancouver): The Naam Miso Gravey. My 6-point dinner was totally awesome, delicious and incredibly healthy - LOVE it!

Man I love broccoli and mushrooms... if I was on a dessert island and could eat one healthy thing for the rest of my life - it would be what I just ate for dinner tonight - yup - it was THAT good!
Oh man was it good. I'm looking forward to the long weekend this weekend - going to catch up on some homework, clean my apartment and work out like there is no tomorrow. Don't you just love how you feel when you work out? It's addicting really! Also, my gym is undergoing renovations, so gave all of us on an unlimited monthly pass an extra two weeks - two free weeks at the gym = a very happy Lisa!
