So, the end-of-month reward party I attended was excellent fun. I loved being with my good friends and kicking back and letting loose. I drank a lot and even ate pizza! I tracked everything though and for that day, I managed to consume a total of 60 points! Yaowza! That's alright though because I had saved all my weekly and activity points for this party - so I am still within my points for this week.
However, the next day I felt like total carp! I can't belive how terrible eating can seriously affect how I feel. I have no desire to go back to making myself feel like carp - I much prefer eating healthy, exercising and living well. I learned an important lesson that day - I don't like my old lifestyle and never want to go back to it. I am now SURE that I am on the right track and headed in the right direction in life.
Didn't manage to get a workout in on Friday or Saturday (obviously) but I woke up this morning and did a 1 hour power walk and am now back to feeling like my healthy self.
Going shopping today to try to find some clothes that fit me as I am no longer an XL! Just an L.
