FINALLY! Last night I managed to get my fat arse back to the gym and get a regular cardio workout in. It felt so good to get my heart rate up and pumping - I loved it.
However, when I got home from the gym, I was SO hungry - but had eaten all my points for the day. After much struggle, I did succumb to eating a late night snack of 24 crackers and two tablespoons of hummus which was extra delicious and then went to bed.
Tonight is the big weigh in and I am nervous about it - here's hoping that I lose!

ReplyDeleteMe... make my own hummus... HA - no, I can't cook anything - everything I do is store-bought. I like the Summerfresh roasted garlic hummus - delicious! I'm going to have some more tonight too... really looking forward to it!
