Short and sweet here:
1.) I am emotionally drained from today and am crossing my fingers that all this crap that is going on in my life will be over by Sunday - I've made arrangements so, if everything goes according to plan, I will be in the clear!
2.) I still managed to go to the gym tonight - and feel great (and sweaty).
3.) Stayed on plan today (within my daily allowance).
4.) Peeked at the scale tonight which told me I weigh 198... looking good for weigh-in on Monday :)
More updates tomorrow. And, I'll post some pics of the greek yogurt I am in love with!
