Excuses, Excuses!

Here's the update: I didn't go to the gym as planned yesterday - and I didn't even go today! I spend every waking moment at work then over to the hospital to be with the beloved boyfriend. I hate that all this is putting my weight loss on hold and preventing me from devoting all my focus on myself :(

So here's the new game plan - Saturday morning - back to the gym hardcore. I can feel the difference in my body when I don't work out and I don't like the feeling. I have also not been eating my best *sigh* but at least I'm staying within in points allowance and tracking, tracking, tracking.

  1. Don't be too hard on yourself, you said it yourself, at least you are tracking and within points. With everything that's going on with your bf you can't really ask for much more.

    Take care and just try and jump back into things when you can :)
