
I had the best frozen dinner for lunch today - it was Amy's Organic Tofu Bowl (see photo). At only 5 Weight watchers points a serving, I can see many more of them in my future. Perhaps I will attempt to make a batch of brown rice, tofu and veggies at home and make a homemade Amy's bowl. So inspired!
