That's right! After a 2 hour hardcore cardio workout at the gym (making up for yesterday) I am currently at 208 pounds. That means - to get to my goal of 205 by May first, I have exactly 7 days to shed 3 pounds.
Normally, I would say that this is a piece of cake, but since I'm flying to central BC tomorrow morning to visit the family - I am worried about how much cardio I'll be able to fit into the three days that I am there. Also, I'm going to give it everything I've got to stay on plan and not stray. I can and WILL do this. 205 by May 1!
Off to pack for the weekend get-a-way...
PS: My wonderful boyfriend bought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers and card for all my hard work on my weight loss (and for "rocking my presentation" yesterday). I've noticed that he's also stepped up his exercise regime. I smell competition...
