I had planned on going to the gym last night after work but as soon as I got home and had dinner I passed out I was so exhausted! So, I skipped the gym and rested. I slept for over 12 hours and woke up Saturday morning feeling awesome!
I felt a little guilty for not going to the gym on Friday - but what the heck - my body told me that I needed a rest and I listeded to my body. It payed off too because when I stepped on the scale at the gym tonight it said 213! I was so thrilled although I am skeptical because I weighed myself at 5pm and I usually do it at around 8 pm. I am hoping I won't step on the scale tomorrow and see more than 213 *fingers crossed*.
I was able to write 12 pages of my thesis paper which is awesome because I think i'll be able to finish it tomorrow just before it's due. I did take a break today though to watch Twilight.
Feeling guilty about sleeping through "gym time" on Friday, I did cardio at the gym tonight for 2 hours! 100 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes on the treadmill. I can literally feel the fat cells in my thunder thighs scream "i'm melting!" Ha ha, suckers!
Lastly, when I was on the treadmill tonight, there was woman on the machine in front of me and she had *the perfect* body. I tell ya, every time I feel like over eating, I am going to picture my head on her body. I still have a long way to go, but am happy that I've lost a total of 20 pounds! 83 pounds to go!
