Today, While I did my two hour yoga class, all us yogis were lined up in front of the teacher and as we were standing there, I couldnt help but notice my reflection in the mirror compared to the other yogis.
Guess What people - I am STILL FAT!
Urgh. Honestly and truly, I do not FEEL like I am fat anymore, but in reality - I AM! I am still very much obese. According to all the charts,I wont be at a healthy weight until I reach 140 lbs - so I still have a long way to go.
I have got to get out of this plateau and start losing again. I want so badly to see the 160s - lets hope they will be there next week.

ReplyDeleteRemember how much you've lost and what you've achieved so far since you began and tell yourself that you CAN get to the 160s and you WILL do it.
