Got the keys to the new place yesterday at noon and worked unil 11pm moving.
I should note that my current place does not have an elevator and I am on the second floor, so I was walking up and down and up and down for HOURS!
At the end of the day, I was too tired to go to yoga, so was feeling pretty guitly. But this morning I woke up sore all over and am now convinced that I got a good workout yesterday just from moving WHOOO HOOO!
I managed to stay on plan with the eating component as well too - a subway sandwich for lunch, and then sushi for dinner. I will admint that I had 2 sushi rolls and a miso soup for dinner, but I really think my body need the energy (I needed more than just one roll).
Here we are now - day 2 of moving day - I am ready for those stairs and ready to get my sweat on!
Awesome! You'd have burned off loads of calories going up and down those stairs. Good luck with day 2!
