Back to the Track!

I am back to tracking!

I woke up this morning saddened that I had gained 2 lbs this week at weigh in and am determined to reach that 160's goal I have by Halloween!

So, time to get back to the basics: TRACKING!

Just like the good old days when the weight was falling off me - i'm back to drinking a Yop for breakfast:



And a frozen entree for lunch:



And the best part about all of this - I am tracking every. single. bite.

Now, I just need to stay on plan and continue tracking all week - this will not only make me feel better - but will help me get into the 160's!

Tonight I will be at Yoga, and may even make a pit-stop at the gym to do a quick 30 minute sweat session with the elliptical.
