
Holy smokes was it ever hard - reality check for me: I am not that great at Yoga!
Needless to say, I had to dumb it down a few notches for many of the poses. I've got a long way to go in the practice of yoga before I can consider myself a real yogi.
After an hour of this practice I can feel my hips are a lot happier than they were 1 hour ago. How are your hips? Are they happy?
My hips actually hurt like a bitch. So do my knees. I suggested Yoga to them. They said, and I quote, "go ahead and try it. We will kill you." I'm still going to sneak some in...I'll just tell them it's stretching or something!
