Today is moving day.
I am so excited I almost feel like I am going to throw up!
I get the keys at noon, so will be working my arse off to make sure everything gets transferred to the new place.
I realized yesterday that I need a plan of attack for my eating during this stressful next couple days. So, here's what I have come up with:
(note, I am not a big plan of "pre-planning" my meals, so this was interesting for me)
I plan to have sushi for dinner (only 1 Alaska Roll) and will be drinking water all day. I had yogurt for breakfast and will be having a 6-inch turkey sub from subway for lunch. That's al, nothing more and nothing less.
I really and truly do hate pre-planning what I am going to eat. It makes me feel very restricted. I prefer to keep an ongoing food tally during the day and if I feel like eating something I just calculate in my head if I have room in my points allowance to eat it.
Alas, this will not do during the move.

Don't forget brekkie. You need the energy to clean, unpack, set up and organize. Subway makes a healthy breakfast sandwich. :D
