Snacking is really getting to me.
I have got to start fighting my temptations!
It just sneaks up on me - the urges - and in a zombie-like state I made my way over to the kitchen, and start raiding the fridge and cupboards. It is a good thing I only buy healthy foods. But still, even with healthy foods, if you eat too much of them, that is not a good thing.
Monday is the start of a new week and I am going to re-focus then. I need to gain control of the snack attack monster and put him to bed before he makes me see the 170s again.

I'm finding it harder now that Christmas is approaching. There are so many temptations everywhere, especially chocolate!!!
