Running and the Biggest Loser

OK, so the reason I watch the Biggest Loser is namely for the motivational factor. And I have to say that after watching tonights episode - where they all ran a marathon. Um, Ok - I can totally do that too.

I have never wanted to be a runner more than I do now!

So, 2011 will be the year I take up running and kill it (in addition to working on my flexibility with yoga of course!)

  1. Running is great exercise. Not only that, it will really help you blast the weight off.

  2. As I watched them run 26.2 miles I felt like a shmuck for thinking that what I was doing is a big deal. My goal is to run a 3.1 months from now. Watching them showed me that I'm selling myself short and can do better then that.

  3. Awesome! I took up running last year, its great, especially the runners high! I should be able to start running again in January as my chiropractor thinks my back is making good progress at long last. I shall be starting from scratch (again!) With the C25K plan. x
